
Rooms lack coffeemakers, though free coffee is available in the lobby. Mini-fridges and irons/ironing boards are available on request. All rooms come with similar amenities, including 42-inch flat-screen TVs with Pay-Per-View movies, air-conditioning (that can be noisy), and free Wi-Fi. Patio Rooms add patios, ideal for smokers. There's not a huge difference between the three room types, except that Tower Rooms are a little larger than their Premium counterparts and have prettier decor, with mottled gold-hued wallpaper and elegant bathrooms with elegant light fixtures, a notable upgrade from the plain decor scheme found in Premiums (think pastel accent walls and simple bathrooms). They have a gift shop called the Market Store and offer free self parking.Along with a handful of Suites, this hotel offers three room types: Premium, Tower, and Patio - all with one king-size bed or two queen-size beds. Tip: Both bars have a great Happy Hour from 3pm-5pm daily and beer/drink specials during select sporting events. The new Bud Light Sports Bar is open daily. In February 2019 they opened the Silver 7 & Gold Sports Bar (Silver for the Raiders and Gold for the Golden Knights). They have gone from budget food to much better food offerings.

Tip: The coffee shop has very good food at decent prices. Silver Sevens has a nice coffee shop called the City Café that was fully remodeled in 2022. They also have 300 of the latest slot and video poker machines, and a popular William Hill Race & Sports Book. They have a small casino pit with Blackjack and Craps. The Silver Sevens casino was known for bingo for many years. They are owned by Affinity Gaming and use the A-Play loyalty card.

The over 300 rooms and suites were remodeled in 2021. It is basically a motel located less than a mile from the Las Vegas Strip. The hotel has 370 rooms and was rebranded Silver Sevens in 2013.
